Grow your practice

Work out where to start.  Assess what is working in your business and what needs attention through the "sweet spot assessment" from the Pumpkin Plan programme.

Step 1 - Join a free on-demand webinar

Here’s something many overwhelmed business owners miss:

Establishing a thriving business isn't about working harder—it’s about finding your Business Growth Sweet Spot.

That’s the space where:

✔️ You work with your best, most profitable clients
✔️ You offer something truly unique that they’re willing to pay a premium for
✔️ You have systems that run the business efficiently so you don’t burn out

These are the exact 3 things we walk through in the Sweet Spot Assessment.

Once you know your Sweet Spot, the path forward becomes clear.

Step 2 - Join a 3-month programme of practice growth support

For £75 per month (total of £225 for the programme) you will be able to access fortnightly online meetings to explore and build the aspects your business needs to in order to thrive, with creative, hands-on tools and support from me and a peer group.  We will explore the unique focus of your practice that makes you stand out; systems that help you put out a quality service and reduce your stress levels; clear ways of communicating about what you can offer and how to market this to the clients who need it.

You will have access to:

  • Fortnightly 1.5 hour evening meetings
  • Email support as needed
  • Peer support

  • Help to think in detail about the aspect of your business that needs attention to move things forward
  • Support to create a clear plan to make your business effective, rewarding and much less stressful

You will leave with:

  • Clarity of action that comes from exploring in detail what has been holding you back
  • New business practices
  • A clear plan in place for continuing to build your practice
  • Peer relationships that can carry you beyond the programme
